Hamatashen - Purim

 

Here is my Hamantashen.  

I've tried other recipes but this is the one I like the best. 

 


Dried apricots and sugar - almost like making a jam.

Licking the spoon afterward is a treat!


The dough - My husband has more patience than I do in rolling out dough. 



Use a cookie cutter or anything this is sharp and round to make circles and add a dollop of apricot. 



Just before we fold them like Haman's Hats. 










 


This is by far the best Hamantaschen recipe.
